Custom gaskets cover every application where a catalogue part doesn't exist — non-standard flanges, complex frame geometries, equipment with unique face configurations, or applications that require a material combination not available off the shelf.

We work from drawings, samples, or measured dimensions and manufacture from the full range of gasket materials: rubber composites, PTFE and modified PTFE, flexible graphite, aramid fiber sheets, metal-jacketed, and metal-inserted constructions. Industries served include aerospace, petrochemical, hydroelectric, automotive, water treatment, and pharmaceutical.

Expedited fabrication: We can produce custom gaskets from sheet or roll stock on short lead times. For critical shutdowns or emergency replacements, contact us directly — we've supported unplanned outages with 1–3 day turnaround on simple geometries.

Material range — from –240°C to +1000°C

The correct gasket material is determined by the combination of fluid chemistry, temperature, pressure, and any regulatory requirements. When in doubt, specify the service conditions and we'll make the material recommendation.

NBR / Aramid

–40°C to +120°C
Mineral oils, fuels, water, compressed air. The most common gasket specification for industrial piping. Garlock BLUE-GARD equivalent.

EPDM / Aramid

–50°C to +150°C
Water, steam, dilute acids and bases, refrigerants. Standard for water treatment and HVAC. Incompatible with oils.

FKM (Viton®) / Aramid

–20°C to +200°C
Aggressive solvents, fuels, high-temperature process streams. When standard elastomers are chemically incompatible.

Neoprene (CR)

–40°C to +120°C
Refrigerants, moderate oils and chemicals, good weathering and ozone resistance. HVAC and refrigeration.

Virgin PTFE

–200°C to +260°C
All corrosive media — concentrated acids, caustics, solvents. FDA-compliant. No filler that could contaminate process.

Modified PTFE (GYLON / Durlon)

–200°C to +260°C
Controlled creep — addresses the cold-flow limitation of virgin PTFE. Garlock GYLON, Durlon 9200 series. Pharmaceutical, chemical.

Flexible Graphite

–200°C to +540°C
Steam, hydrocarbons, general high-temperature process. With optional SS insert reinforcement. Garlock GRAPH-LOCK, Durlon G.

Ceramic Fiber

Up to +1000°C
Furnace doors, incinerators, extreme thermal cycling. Not suitable for wet service — ceramic fiber is hygroscopic.

Copper / Soft Iron

Up to +260°C
Metal gaskets for high bolt-load applications. Fire-safe sealing. Automotive cylinder heads, high-pressure hydraulic fittings.

Stainless Steel (SS304 / SS316)

Up to +870°C
Metal-jacketed and spiral-wound applications. Corrosive environments requiring metal face contact.

Silicone / Aramid

–60°C to +230°C
High-temperature steam, food contact, pharmaceutical. Low creep relaxation. Compliant with FDA 21 CFR and EC 1935/2004.

Durlon 9000 Series

Various
Premium branded gasket sheet materials with traceable lot numbers and mill certs. For applications requiring documented material traceability.
