What sets us apart

More than a seal supplier

Most distributors in the industrial field will quote and ship without asking questions nor pointing out crucial observations or deviations. Before we confirm a solution, we look at the application — and if something doesn't add up, we say so.

Our services cover the full lifecycle of a sealing challenge: identifying what failed and why, sourcing a replacement fast when you need it, engineering a better solution when the original wasn't right, and building the kits and documentation to make maintenance predictable.

Technical analysis of failed seals

Failure Diagnosis & Material ID

Technical Analysis

We examine failed or underperforming seals — measuring swell, hardness changes, cracking patterns, extrusion damage, and wear signatures — to identify root cause. Wrong material, wrong geometry, wrong installation practice, or an out-of-tolerance groove? We tell you specifically what happened and why, then propose a fix that holds.

This isn't a generic recommendation. It's a reading of your actual failed part in the context of your application. You get clear, direct feedback — a material change, a groove correction, an installation procedure revision, or a combination of all three.

  • Material hardness & swell measurement
  • Failure mode classification
  • Cross-section geometry inspection
  • Chemical compatibility review
  • Pressure & temperature assessment
  • Clear recommendations communicated directly
On-site factory assessment

On-Site Assessment

Factory Expertise

A failed seal in a maintenance report tells you what broke. Seeing the installation tells you why. We travel to your facility on request — to inspect groove condition, measure machine clearances, observe dynamic motion, and give you a recommendation that accounts for your actual operating conditions, not textbook assumptions.

Some sealing problems can't be diagnosed from a part number. Misalignment, contamination, incorrect installation practice, a groove reworked out of tolerance — these require eyes on the machine. We come to you, assess what's actually happening, and leave with a clear action plan.

  • Groove condition & geometry check
  • Shaft and bore runout evaluation
  • Dynamic motion & stroke analysis
  • Installation method review
  • Contamination & environment check
  • Fluid compatibility verification
Reverse engineering obsolete seals

Obsolete & Unlisted Parts

Reverse Engineering

Old equipment with no active spare parts program. Proprietary seals discontinued by the OEM. Drawings that no longer exist. Bring us the worn part — or a working one — and we'll deliver a dimensional inspection report, a material recommendation, and a matched replacement you can reorder the next time.

We cross-reference against international standards (AS568, ISO 3601, DIN 3771, BS 1806) and our manufacturer database. When a standard profile matches, you get it faster and cheaper. When it doesn't, we source a custom mold or cut-to-spec solution that won't leave you stranded again.

  • Dimensional measurement & drawing creation
  • Material identification & hardness testing
  • International standard cross-referencing
  • OEM part number database search
  • Custom mold or cut-to-spec reproduction
  • Ongoing reorder capability established
100% inspection and certification

Critical & Safety-Rated Applications

100% Inspection & Certification

Not every application can tolerate a non-conforming seal. For critical services — high-pressure hydraulics, food contact, pharmaceutical, nuclear-adjacent, or any application where a seal failure is a safety event — we inspect every piece before it ships. This is not AQL sampling. Every component is dimensionally measured and visually inspected against defined acceptance criteria.

A certificate of conformity is included with every delivery. For applications that require it, a dimensional inspection report is available on request — useful for compliance files, audits, or regulated maintenance programs.

  • 100% dimensional inspection (not AQL sampling)
  • Visual defect check per acceptance criteria
  • Certificate of conformity included with every delivery
  • Dimensional inspection report available on request
  • Dimensional & visual inspection — every shipment, no exceptions
  • Available for any critical application

Operational Support

When speed and supply chain matter

The right seal, engineered correctly, still needs to arrive on time and in the right format for your maintenance team. These four services keep your operations moving.

Fast response & expedited sourcing

Urgent Deliveries

Unplanned downtime carries non-negligeable costs. When you need a part fast, what matters is response time, flexibility, and knowing who to call. We work the supply chain — manufacturer relationships, distributor networks, and cross-border sourcing — to get the right part to you as quickly as the situation allows.

  • Fast response, no bureaucratic delays
  • Supplier & manufacturer partnerships across North America and Europe
  • Flexible sourcing — standard, metric, custom profiles
  • We find options, you decide — no blind commitments
Global supply chain

Import / Export

Some seals simply aren't made in Canada. European DIN-standard profiles, Asian OEM-specific compounds, specialized materials from niche manufacturers — we navigate the import chain so you get the part without managing customs documentation or freight paperwork on your end.

  • European & Asian manufacturer relationships
  • HS code classification & customs documentation
  • Metric and imperial standards sourced globally
  • Re-export documentation on eligible orders
Pre-assembled maintenance kits

Custom Kitting

Standard seal kits don't match every machine or maintenance interval. We build kits to your spec — by machine model, by PM schedule, or by failure history. Less hunting at the parts counter, fewer assembly errors, and cleaner inventory management for your storeroom.

  • Machine-specific or interval-based kits
  • Labeled and packaged to your specification
  • Blanket orders with staggered delivery
  • Reduces SKU count for slow-moving parts
From scratch specification

Sealing Design

New equipment or an unusual application with no sealing precedent? We specify the seal geometry, groove dimensions, material, and installation method from your application data. Whether you're engineering a new hydraulic circuit or building a prototype, we translate operating conditions into a sealing solution with engineering justification.

  • Material selection by fluid & temperature
  • Groove geometry per application type
  • Static vs. dynamic application analysis
  • Compatible with AS568, ISO 3601, DIN standards
