Versatile sealing material, ready to cut

Gasket rolls and sheets are the raw material that maintenance teams, fabricators, and OEM operations use to produce gaskets on demand — without waiting for custom-cut parts. A sheet of the right material and a sharp knife or water-jet cutter is often the fastest path to a working seal.

We supply sealing sheet and roll material in rubber composites (NBR, EPDM, neoprene, FKM), PTFE and modified PTFE, flexible graphite, and aramid-reinforced composites. All major formats — standard sheets, full rolls, fiber-reinforced, and adhesive-backed — are available across the material range.

Applications span automotive, petrochemical, plumbing, food processing, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and anywhere a cut-on-site gasket is more practical than ordering a fabricated part.

Cutting quality matters: A poorly cut gasket edge introduces stress concentrations that cause premature blowout at the weakest point. For critical applications, water-jet cutting produces consistently superior edges over manual knife-cutting. We offer cut-to-size services if you don't have cutting equipment on site.

Three standard supply formats

Standard sheets — prototypes and small batches

Pre-cut sheets in standard dimensions (typically 1.5 m × 1.5 m or 1 m × 1 m). Ideal for prototyping, small-batch maintenance work, and situations where material waste is a concern. Lower minimum order than rolls.

Reinforced sheets — high-pressure and structural applications

Standard sheet materials incorporate fibrous reinforcement (aramid, fiberglass, or stainless steel mesh) that significantly increases tensile strength and blowout resistance. Required for bolted joints operating above moderate pressures or where gasket blowout would be a safety event.

Adhesive-backed sheets — positioning and temporary fixation

Adhesive-backed gasket material features an acrylic adhesive on one face that holds the gasket in position during assembly. Particularly useful for vertical flanges, overhead installations, or any application where the gasket cannot be held in place by gravity during bolt-up.

Sheet and roll material range

NBR / Aramid Composite

–40°C to +120°C
Mineral oils, fuels, gases, water. Most widely used gasket sheet material. Garlock BLUE-GARD, Durlon 9000 equivalents.

EPDM / Aramid Composite

–50°C to +150°C
Water, steam, dilute chemicals, refrigerants. Water treatment, HVAC, food systems. Not compatible with mineral oils.

Neoprene (CR) Sheet

–40°C to +120°C
Refrigerants, weather and ozone resistance, moderate chemicals. HVAC, refrigeration, general industrial.

FKM (Viton®) Sheet

–20°C to +200°C
Aggressive chemicals, solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons, high temperature. When other elastomers fail chemically.

Virgin PTFE Sheet

–200°C to +260°C
All corrosive fluids. FDA-compliant for food and pharmaceutical contact. Maximum chemical resistance, highest creep.

Modified PTFE (GYLON)

–200°C to +260°C
Chemical resistance of PTFE with controlled creep. Garlock GYLON, Durlon 9200 series. Preferred for bolted flanges over virgin PTFE.

Flexible Graphite Sheet

–200°C to +540°C
Steam, hydrocarbons, high-temperature process. With or without SS insert. Garlock GRAPH-LOCK, Durlon G equivalents.

Cork / NBR Composite

–30°C to +100°C
Vibration damping, oil pans, valve covers, irregular surfaces. Automotive and light industrial applications.
